RWCES is a Baltimore City Public School that serves a number of homeless and economically disadvantaged students. Elias and Sultana Foundation has supported the school in 2021 and 2022 with monetary donations that go towards their food pantry, clothing, and school supplies for students and gift cards for their families in need.
