First Fruits Farm is a non-profit Christian ministry that combats hunger within the Mid-Atlantic region. They are the largest provider of fresh produce to the Maryland Food Bank. Elias & Sultana Foundation supported its local community of Maryland through financial donations to the First Fruits Farms to help reduce hunger.
Based in Alexandria, VA, the Penny Appeal USA team provides support food and water relief to communities around the world including the UK, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Through the support of the Elias & Sultana Foundation, the Penny Appeal USA has been able to build five solar-powered wells in Bangladesh, including one at the Mirzapur Primary School. The project is estimated to be completed by November 2022 and will serve a community of approximately 15,000 villagers.
Al Ansar Society is Texas-based non-profit organization that provides community for new and existing members of the Islamic faith. With monetary donations to the Al Ansar Society, the Elias & Sultana Foundation are able to help members of the Muslim community with requests for financial support due to joblessness, homelessness, and other unfortunate circumstances.
