The Elias and Sultana Foundation proudly supports Peabody Health Philanthropies (PHP), a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) dedicated to improving healthcare quality through scientifically validated patient simulations that measure and standardize medical practices. PHP’s mission is to reduce healthcare costs and enhance patient outcomes in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Through our funding, PHP is leading a transformative project in Bangladesh, training expert case writers, doctors, and data analysts to develop AI-driven clinical scenarios that address critical gaps in maternal and child healthcare. By equipping local professionals with the education, skills, and technology to improve patient care, this project is creating a sustainable impact and saving lives.

Through this partnership, we are driving meaningful change and helping shape a future rooted in equity, education and empowerment.
In partnership with St. Cloud State University (SCSU), the Elias & Sultana Foundation provides scholarships for international students facing financial hardship.
